For safety and integrity reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace or refund incorrect or damaged items.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Card, wallet and bank payments are refunded to the original payment method. Crypto refunds are issued at the USD value of the original order.
