Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

Eligibility and research use

To use this website and buy from us, you must be at least 21 years old and purchasing for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research. You confirm this at the site entry gate and again at checkout. Our products are not for human or veterinary use and are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics.

As the purchaser, you are solely responsible for handling, storing, using and disposing of products safely and lawfully, and for complying with all laws that apply where you are located. We do not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration or medical guidance.

Accounts

An account is required to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@turbopeptides.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used in breach of these Terms.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email we send confirms that we have received your order; it is not acceptance. A contract is formed when we ship the order. We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time before shipping, including where:

• we suspect the products may be used outside of in-vitro research, or that you do not meet our eligibility requirements;
• we suspect fraud, unauthorized payment or a breach of these Terms;
• a product is unavailable; or
• the order contains a pricing, description or other error.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Pricing and errors

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout, together with shipping and any optional shipment protection. Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If we discover such an error, we may cancel the order or contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer and Google Pay, processed by Authorize.net, and Bitcoin and Lightning payments through our self-hosted BTCPay Server. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Orders paid by ACH ship only after funds have cleared, typically in 3 to 5 business days. If an ACH payment is returned, we may cancel the order and a returned-payment fee may apply. Payments may be held for fraud review, and repeated declined payment attempts may be temporarily blocked.

Shipping and risk of loss

We ship only to addresses in the United States. Shipping times, costs and procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Unless you purchase optional shipment protection at checkout, title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. With shipment protection, lost, stolen or transit-damaged parcels are replaced or refunded after an approved claim.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• use, sell or supply any product for human or animal consumption or administration;
• resell products while representing them as fit for human or veterinary use;
• provide false information, including about your age or intended use;
• use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with their operation; or
• use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the website.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, images and software, is owned by or licensed to Turbo Peptides and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own research and purchasing purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our written permission. "Turbo Peptides" and our logos may not be used without our consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, products and the website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Certificates of analysis describe the specific sample tested at the time of testing and do not guarantee any research outcome or suitability for a particular application. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turbo Peptides and its owners, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products that are the subject of the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
